Remote Play arrives, and the app now speaks seven languages
You can now play your PS5 or PS4 through OmniControl itself. Find the console on your network, wake it from rest mode, pair it once with a PIN, and its picture opens in a low-latency window with game audio, your microphone and controller vibration. The whole app is also translated into six new languages, and every game in the picker now shows its cover.

Hold Tab at any time to hand the mouse and keyboard back to Windows.
- Automatic quality, and play away from home. The stream adapts to your connection as it changes, and a console you paired at home can be reached from another network.
- Picture upscaling. Sharpen the image, or on a supported NVIDIA or Intel GPU run super resolution, with a clean fall back to sharpening when a GPU will not.
- The app now speaks German, French, Spanish, Portuguese (Brazil), Italian and Turkish alongside English. Choose your language in Settings.
- Every game in the picker now shows its cover art, and Remote Play presets cover 84 more games, including Minecraft and the Grand Theft Auto trilogy.
Remote Play, on your PC
OmniControl can now open your own PlayStation over your network. It finds a PS5 or PS4 on the same network, wakes it from rest mode, and pairs with it once using the PIN the console shows. After that the console's picture opens in a native window built for low latency, with hardware video decoding, game audio, your microphone and controller vibration.
Pairing asks for your PlayStation Network account id, which you paste in yourself. OmniControl never signs in to PlayStation Network on your behalf.
While the stream window holds your pointer, the keyboard and mouse go to the game. Hold Tab to release them back to Windows, and hold it again or click the picture to take them back.
Play away from home, at the right quality
The stream watches your connection and adjusts as it changes, so a network that dips does not leave you stuck at one setting. A console you paired at home can be reached from another network when you are away.
The app now speaks your language
OmniControl is now translated into German, French, Spanish, Portuguese (Brazil), Italian and Turkish, alongside English. Pick your language in Settings, and the whole app follows, down to the messages the background service shows.
More game art, more presets
Every game in the picker now shows its cover art instead of a plain name, and the Game Packs browser shows art for anything it can find. Remote Play presets now cover 84 more games, including Minecraft and the Grand Theft Auto trilogy.
