Right mouse holds iron sights with a 0.6 sensitivity drop, left mouse fires and V drops into V.A.T.S. on L1, the way it does on a PC keyboard. Tab opens the Pip-Boy, R readies and reloads the weapon and holds to holster it, E activates, Ctrl sneaks and Shift sprints. Keys 1 to 4 sit on the d-pad favorites, and Alt is the bash and power attack that becomes a thrown grenade when you hold it.
