Built from the console chart rather than the PC one: the wheel cycles the hotbar the way L1 and R1 do on a pad, and the d-pad keeps its console jobs of perspective, drop, emote and chat instead of becoming hotbar slots. Mine on the left mouse button, place on the right, sprint on Ctrl and sneak on Shift, so a keyboard player's hands do not move. Assumes the default Bedrock controller bindings.
