Space or right mouse picks up and drops, and left mouse or Ctrl is the chop and throw button: hold it at a board to chop, tap it with an ingredient in hand to throw one across the kitchen. Dash sits on both hands, Alt for one dash per press like the PC key and Shift repeating that press at 10 Hz while you hold it, and E holds the emote wheel open with WASD steering the pick. The kitchen camera is fixed so the mouse does not aim, and C holds the left stick at half push for lining up on a counter rather than running at it.
