Demon's Souls - Keyboard to Controller

Demon's Souls PC-convention default: LMB/RMB weapon and off-hand attack, Space dodge roll, RMB-hold guard, two-hand toggle on a dedicated key (a real Souls-specific bind, not a generic weapon switch), and item quick-use, matching the FromSoft keyboard scheme this genre is built on.
