Ace Combat 7: Skies Unknown - Keyboard to Controller
Vehicle
Ace Combat's real PC default puts throttle up/down on W/S (not an axis) and roll on A/D, with the mouse used for pitch/yaw look - the opposite of a ground vehicle, so here the triggers work throttle up/down as press-holds and the right stick drives mouse-look pitch/yaw directly, which is the sensible real-world mapping for a flight sim without a joystick.

Ace Combat 7: Skies Unknown (PS5 Remote Play)
Vehicle
Pitch and roll are on WASD because that is where the pad puts the flight stick: push W for nose down, pull S for nose up, A and D roll. The throttle moves to Shift and Ctrl so the stick can keep WASD, the rudder keeps the PC yaw keys Q and E on L1 and R1, left click is the machine gun, right click or Space fires the missile or special weapon, and the wheel changes weapon the way it does on PC. Mouse movement is deliberately off here, because this game's right stick is a free look camera that swings around the aircraft rather than anything that points the nose, so M sends the touchpad for the radar map instead.

Ace Combat 7: Skies Unknown - Dogfight Control
Vehicle
Softens the first half of the left stick so small pitch and roll corrections hold a gun lock at range, while full deflection still reaches a high-G turn. Throttle and airbrake spread their travel across the middle of the pull.
