Z and C lean left and right on L1 and R1, the two buttons the game itself puts lean on, and Tab is a second route onto L1 for the quick access radial where the medkits and bandages live. Q selects the detector and E the flashlight on their own dpad slots, I opens the inventory, U opens the weapon upgrade menu, 1 is the knife on the right stick click, and 2 or 3 swap the weapon. Shift carries both sprint and, while you are aiming, held breath, exactly as it does on the PC build, X slows the stick to a quiet walk, and M or P open the PDA on the touchpad.
