MLB The Show's real default uses a click-timing swing (not a hold), so LMB drives the swing meter directly, pitch selection is on the bumpers/d-pad (matching the pad-native pitch-select UI carried over to keyboard), and fielding throw targets get their own dedicated keys since accurate relay throws are timing-critical.

Built around Zone hitting: the movement keys feed the PCI through a 120 ms ramp so it glides instead of snapping, and holding Shift drops it to 30 percent speed for fine placement inside the strike zone.
